  The rug was dirty. Vaccummed the centre not the edges. You could see dust lines under the desk & bed where vaccum stopped.

  It is very close - short 15-minute walk - to where my relatives live. And your breads are really wonderful, as highlighted ! So breakfast each morning (which is my most inportant meal for the day) was a big delight :)

  The breakfast was very good and we liked the subway location right at the hotel. It was an easy trip into the downtown area.

  The room was on the small side and with the parking fee and all the taxes, our rate was almost $200 per night, which is on the very high end for us.

  the hotel is not located in Toronto city centre but in the North York City Centre, which is by subway 25 minutes away. the subway is just 2 minutes away by foot which is great. the quarter is very safe, a mall is under the hotel and lots of shops. the hotel is good, except the breakfast should be included in the room rate.

  From check in until check out, the staff were very friendly and helpful...conveniently located for public transit...and it adjoins a mall...for ready shopping access if the need arises.

  Troublesome that they charge a fairly high daily rate for indoor parking while staying at the hotel...because there is very limited street parking around the hotel.

  Convenience to transportation, entertainment (2 movie thearters, cultural center next door), great restaurants nearby - a little business oriented (very quiet over the weekend), about 20-25 minutes by subway to the heart of Toronto, Decent gym and pool, free internet.

  Parking is a little expensive at $17/day.

  The hotel location is great if you want to see a show at the Toronto Center for the Arts. It's only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. There is as well indoor direct access to the subway.

  I leaned that the breakfast was not such to be expected. As there were not different foods for different choices and people.

  The hotel is very good, the one point one has to be aware of is that it is quite distant from downtown Toronto. There is, however, a very goood Subway system. From the station in front of the hotel you get in 20mins for 3$ to Downtown. What I found amazing was the service from the hotel staff and Booked.net. I was visiting friends but I made the mistake of booking the North York hotel although I wanted to book the Toronto center one, and the reservation was tagged as non-refundable. But after explaining the situation to very friendly service staff from Booked.net and the hotel, the let me out of it after one night, so that I could move more downtown. This was great, after all the mistake was entirely mine. Again, many thanks to the staff involved.
